PAYMENTS:
We require a down payment of 25 % to secure the rental. All payments must be made in US funds (checks or credit cards). Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Balance will be due 10 days before check in. Maine lodging tax is 9%. Payments made by check may be sent to the following address:

CANCELATION POLICY:
A $49.00 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations. Reservations canceled before 10 days prior to check-in date will be fully refunded, minus the processing fee. If cancelation occurs within 10 days before check-in, reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late cancelations or early checkouts.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am. Please call ahead if interested in early check-in or late check-out and we will try to oblige.
